Monday Musings...Eggs
I still have my five chickens. And they're laying four or five eggs a day. They're great girls...most of the time.

ReplyDeleteThat small egg probably means that your gal is about ready to stop laying and is going into her moult period. They lay small eggs at the beginning and end of their laying period. The yolk will probably be about the same size as the bigger egg but there will be less white. Nice eggs, by the way! But ya oughta see mine! I have a lot of colored eggs. Green, pink, brown, tan, beige and a few white.
