My mom and I at one of our favorite places to go for the last few years that she was well. When Jamie was in college, my mom and I would meet her at Frankenmuth (which was about midway between her college and our home) for the weekend. Jim and Jon used to go snowmobiling every year for the school mid-winter break and we girls would head to Frankenmuth. We had the absolute best time and laughed all weekend, every time we went. Jamie and I went there the week after my mom died, just for a day trip, to remember her and the great weekends we would share together.
I've eaten there!!!! IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Laura! We ate at Zender's a couple weeks ago while my daughter and her husband and the baby were home visiting...we had the family--style chicken dinner and it was WONDERFUL! I think we must live close to each other, it takes us about 45 minutes to get to Frankenmuth!
